Sandalwood is a typical wood bead used for making malas. It is believed that the sandalwood scent can stimulate sensuality, grant a sense of awareness, invoke tranquility, awaken the divine thoughts within and promote profound relaxation.

Metaphysically, Turquoise is considered to be a bridge between Heaven and Earth, grounding us while remaining open to Spirit. It increases energy in the Throat Chakra, supporting the expression of true emotion. It also aligns and balances all other chakras, awakens intuition and transmits the message that one is responsible for one's own happiness.  Many Native American cultures believe Turquoise helps to connect the mind to the infinite possibilities of the Universe.

Tiger Eye is a stone of protection and was traditionally carried as a talisman against ill wishes and curses.  It is said to enhance our own personal power, release blocked creativity, and to bring good luck, prosperity, wealth and success.
